Is the meeting venue accessible?

Yes, the meeting venue is accessible.

We work with locally produced and seasonal ingredients, and our chefs create a lunch dish that varies from day to day. Of course, we also offer options for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan food, or have special dietary requirements.

Yes, we offer outdoor options for conferences and events in our secluded courtyard, located directly adjacent to the Glassalen and the Bryggarkungen auditorium. The courtyard provides a unique atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful building facades, and is perfect for mingling and open-air gatherings. Outdoor furniture is available, and if needed, we can arrange a large outdoor bar, parasols, and patio heaters for added comfort.

We are open by arrangement. Of course, we are available on weekends as well.

This is handled during procurement.

A projector, screen TV, speakers, Wi-Fi, multifunctional camera, microphones, service button, host and technician, whiteboard, notepads, pens, as well as still and sparkling water are included. In the larger rooms, a headset/microphone is also provided. If any additional technical or other equipment is needed, this can be arranged with our project manager prior to your arrival.

At the moment, we do not collaborate with any nearby hotels, but we are surrounded by several hotels in the area.

As our guest, you set the times according to your own schedule.
