Our banqueting hall is suitable for both smaller and larger parties where we accept bookings from about 70 guests and up, where the evening is shaped according to your vision. When you book the banqueting hall, you have the palace exclusively for your party. You get a dedicated service team and a free coordinator who, among other things, plans, sets the table and coordinates the evening. The rooms are connected with clear zones for the welcome toast, dinner and subsequent mingling or dancing. The package includes hosting, staffing and a clear itinerary so you can be the host, not the project manager.

Location and environment
Westmanska Palatset, a 19th century palace on Holländargatan 17, is located in the centre of Stockholm. Here, the spirit of the time meets the present in our halls with beautiful light and details that set the right tone for the evening, directly connected to our magical courtyard. Guests can easily find their way here from public transport and nearby landmarks. The central location creates a comfortable experience for the whole party.
Flow between the Glass Hall, the Inner Court and the Vault
The Glass Hall provides an airy setting for dinner and/or ceremony.
Inner courtyard works great for pre-drinks and mingling where you can also enjoy your dessert under the stars during the summer.
Vault creates an intimate stage for bar, DJ and dance. By moving between these three adjacent areas, the evening takes on a natural rhythm with variety that keeps the energy up.
Technology and furniture - what's included?
We help you choose furniture based on your guest list and programme. Choose between long tables, round tables, banquet tables or standing tables for mingling.
When you book our banqueting room, it also includes:

It is possible to bring your own entertainment. Please contact us to discuss the technical support and equipment needed. Through our partners, we can also help with planning, decor, DJ, florists and other services (except photographer).
If you have special requests or want to bring in extra technology, we synchronise the time for loading and rigging with your suppliers. Everything to ensure that serving, speeches and entertainment flow without interruption.

Seasonal menu
The kitchen works seasonally with delicious flavours that work for all types of parties. You can choose three-course meals, shared dishes for social dining, buffets or mingle-friendly dining. Menus are customised according to seasonal ingredients and the style of your evening.

Allergies and preferences are collected well in advance (at least 7 days before the event). The kitchen will prepare an alternative menu that tastes as good as the original menu.

Wardrobe, serving stations and break areas are placed where they are most useful.
Standard times for events are approximately 15.00-03.00 by arrangement.
Loading for technology, flowers and decorations takes place via an agreed gate with a time window for suppliers.

Westmanska Palatset is located in the centre of the city within a short walking distance from T-Centralen. T-Centralen can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot depending on the entrance. From Östermalm it takes about 10-15 minutes by metro or bike. From Södermalm about 12-18 minutes via the green line. Vasastan can be reached in about 8-12 minutes on foot or by bus, and from Kungsholmen the journey time is about 10-15 minutes. For guests who drive, there are nearby car parks.
Whether guests come from Södermalm, Gamla stan, Norrmalm, Östermalm, Stockholm City, Gärdet, Vasastan, Kungsholmen, Hammarby sjöstad and Lilla Essingen, they will easily find us.
Prices
All bookings include planning, staff, table settings and basic technology as agreed. Extras such as extra decor, stage, amplified sound, extra serving stations and extended bar can be added. Prices are quoted based on the date, number of guests and choice of menu and drinks. By contacting us, we will help you find an arrangement that fits your budget.
How to book our party venue in Stockholm
The process is simple and clear.
1. send an enquiry with the desired date and number of guests.
2. We will contact you and book a meeting for a briefing.
3. We present the proposal and you will receive a quote with a clear framework, which we will then adjust in consultation with each other.
4. We do detailed planning driving schedule, placements, technology and staffing, and conduct the evening.
Companies are normally invoiced with 30 days payment terms after the event. Individuals pay the same day/evening as agreed. Cancellation terms and other general terms are stated on our website and in the offer.

Do you offer exclusivity to the banqueting hall?
Yes, you can. When booking, you will have exclusive access to the Glass Hall, the Inner Court and the Vault.
What is included when we book the banqueting room?
Catering and bar staff, furniture, stage, mobile sound system, wireless microphone and TV. Details will be confirmed in the quote.
Can we bring our own food or drink?
No, we don't. We have a catering licence and all drinks are handled by us. Our kitchen sets menus and our sommelier recommends drinks. Cake can be discussed as an exception.
What kind of food do you offer?
Seasonal menus with three-course, shared-course, buffet or single-course dining. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options are included in the planning. Tastings can be organised for larger events.
When is the last day to submit numbers and allergies?
No later than 7 days before the day of the party.
Is the banqueting hall accessible?
Yes, we do. Our entire facility is adapted for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Please let us know your needs in advance and we will secure the seating, the route in the building and any additional solutions.
Are there outdoor facilities?
Yes, it is. The courtyard is directly adjacent to the Glass Hall and is suitable for welcome toasts and mingling. An outdoor bar, parasols and heaters can be arranged if necessary.
What are the times?
By default, you can have events between approximately 15.00 and 03.00. Exact times for start and finish are set in consultation and confirmed in contract. Rigging and loading are booked in specific time windows.
Capacity - how many guests can you accommodate?
Glass Hall: seated up to 80 guests, mingle up to 160.
Courtyard: seating up to 300 guests (seasonal) and mingle up to 500.
The Vault: bar and dance for up to 280 guests.

What technology is available and can we have DJ or live music?
Sound, microphone and screen for speeches and simple performances are included. DJ and live music are possible by arrangement, and it is possible to bring your own entertainment. We synchronise loading, sound check and rigging together with your suppliers.
Are you open at weekends?
Yes, of course! We open up by appointment.
Do you have fixed furniture in the dining room?
No, we don't. We offer flexible furniture to suit your needs.
Do you offer themes and decor?
Yes. Proposals are made in consultation with our decorator/coordinator after meeting. Through our partners, we can also help with floral arrangements, table settings and other decorations so that the theme feels consistent throughout the evening.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we do. We organise tastings, for example wine, beer, whisky and rum. Contact us for arrangements.
Can I book a room without dinner?
No. Bookings for the banqueting room are made with our kitchen and bar.
Can private individuals rent a function room from you?
Yes, we do. We accept both private and corporate events. Quotation is given according to date and number of guests.
Can we bring our own entertainment?
Yes, it is possible to bring your own entertainment. Contact us before booking and we will go through what technical support is needed and if any extra equipment is needed. We will help with the logistics.
How to get here and is there parking?
We are located close to T-Centralen with 5-10 minutes walking distance depending on the entrance. Car parks are available in the immediate area.
