The architect was Carl Christoffer Gj\u00f6rwell the Younger. After the coup d'\u00e9tat in 1809, Lieutenant Colonel Georg Adlersparre ruled Sweden from here. The house was also a central place for Stockholm's social life.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"timeline-entry\">\n    <div class=\"timeline-year\">1831<\/div>\n    <div class=\"timeline-title\">The Natural History Museum starts here<\/div>\n    <div class=\"timeline-text\">\n      The Westman House was bought by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences in 1828 and was used from 1831 as an exhibition centre for the so-called Natural History Collection. The collection would form the basis of today's Natural History Museum and consisted of a huge collection of stuffed animals from all corners of the world.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"timeline-entry\">\n    <div class=\"timeline-year\">1916<\/div>\n    <div class=\"timeline-title\">The Institute of Dentistry moves in<\/div>\n    <div class=\"timeline-text\">\n     At the beginning of the 20th century (1916), the building was bought by the state and the entire neighbourhood was rebuilt.
